Snow has hit hard here in Jersey! We got about 25inches near me!

I broke 2 shovels shoveling out it was crazy!!! Also it ruined my plans on Monday(when it was full blast) so as much as I love snow I was a bit annoyed. George came over yesterday and we built this snowman though XD;;

Pledge

So I'm totally in love with Gazette's new PV and song Pledge, and well the whole single. Pledge is really moving to me and I reminds me of Cassis but like with a more matured musical taste. I can't explain it really. The acoustic near the beginning really reminds me as well as the guitar solo switch off, but it really goes well in this song. The guitar solo between Aoi and Uruha is really emotional and well played. To me it sounds like old style mixed with new to create this ballad. The lyrics and mood are inspiring to me and I can relate so well at this point in my life.

Today me and Justin decided to go to the Natural History Museum! It's so big and full of interesting things - but the best part is going with a friend to take it all in! I had gone a long time ago really briefly so it felt new to me. The have a large dinosaur exhibit and the floating planets are also really cool! I definitely recommend going at least once!Especially since it's only a 'suggested price' you can just give a small donation of your choice instead of their over priced 'fee'. Hey poor art college student!

After we met up with others and headed to flushing for of course - Purikura! However to our disappointment it was closed! Instead we just goofed off and enjoyed a yummy Shabu Shabu dinner!

Work was nice today! Talked to some fun people and also decorated the store for Christmas!!

I also put new SPR pictures up!

I put tinsel up on the the shelves and put fake snow and presents in the window! =D

After work I met up with Justyn and his roommate Kevin to see the big Tree in Rockerfella center!

And after we went to Fridays after a failed attempt for Justyn to take us to Goodburger XD;;

Today went iceskating with Justin, Scout, Sandra, and Kate! We went to the rink at Bryant park! In the end only me and Justin were left skating haha

We met up with Nicole, Mario, and Jenni at Shake Shack for dinner. It was crowded as usual and we had to like jump on a table. And somehow we all crammed into this booth...

After I went back to Jenni's place and we made Christmas cookies!

I went to go to a Museum with Justyn today but it had closed by the time we got there! He brought me to Grand Central. I had never been around it before even after all this time!

It was so beautiful! The architecture and lights! And on the ceiling the sky and stars are painted! I want to go back it's inspiring me!

He then got me Crumb's cupcakes @w@ So delicious~

Today was a fun day out!

Went with the crew to Kino for lunch~

Then we headed over to the new Disney Store in Times Square! I caved in and got a Roo plushie - oh and having the mindset of a 10 year old boy got this SWEET SHIRT:

At night we went to Karaoke at Duet! Was really relaxing and got to sing a bunch of jrock/vk I never get to sing!

NHK stopped by Tokyo Rebel today to film for a special about Japanese fashion in NY. They interviewed me and Megan briefly and hovered the cameras over us as we talked casually haha. Can't wait to see the show in December!!

oct 31st. Halloween!

Halloween has always been my favorite Holiday. It holds a special meaning to me and certain expectations. This year was a really memorable one that I'll treasure~

Got up and into my Red Panda Kigurumi! For those of you who don't know me well, I LOVE red pandas. I joke how I want them to adopt me into their tribe.

LOVE them. So this year for Halloween I decided to be one. Yepp

Me, Scout, Kate, and Sandra all went to the Zoo. Got to ride the monorail and see lots of cute animals!

Such a fun time and such a great Halloween. It's totally what I needed right now.

Oct 30 Manganext

Went to Manganext for the day! Traveled on a bus to Rutgers with my roommate Scout in costume. I went as Agito from Air gear and she was dressed as Columbia from Rocky Horror Picture show. It was just an excuse to chill with our friend Nicole really. Not a really exciting con but I had fun none the less. For some reason I have like no pictures...hmmm....

Got bubble tea and headed back home to get ready for Halloween!

Picked this piggy bank up at Target over the weekend. It's a Frankenstein/zombie piggy bank. I've named him Fredrick. I love him so much. And will use him all year long.

NYAF/NYCC!

The combination of NYAF and NYCC this year was crazy!!! It was super crowded and unorganized but overall I still had a blast due to friends and work.

I was Kida for Aniplex/ACP so promoted DRRR! helped with signings and autograph stuff and basically just had a blast being Kida. Dance to the Michael Jackson game and just had lolzy times with everyone.

Besides that I got to see Kanon again and get his autograph! Also the premier PV project at his panel!

On Sunday I wore the Lolita ensemble above! Pony in Sweet Dream JSK from BTSSB with Usakuma bag and Angelic Pretty socks! I checked out the fashion show in the morning, then demoed Sengoku Basara! Then got to sit front row at the Gundam 00 movie premier cause of sweet Bandai badges with Justin, Laura, and Davey! The movie was so good but really wtf silly at times. Also got to demo FF14 before the con closed!
